How much coffee should I put in my Handpresso?

The Handpresso basket is quite small and will only hold 7-8 grams of finely ground coffee. We recommend espressos brewed at a ratio of 1:2 (coffee to water), so stop your espresso shot at around 16 grams/ml to prevent over-extraction and excessive bitterness.
