We have found the optimum range for Presso and ROK espresso makers is between 15 and 18 grams of ground coffee. We have had some customers report good results with as little as 12 grams and as much as 20 grams of ground coffee. If you are using a naked/bottomless portafilter, we recommend staying within the 15-18 gram range.
