The tracking number provided does not work

Australian orders

We send shipping notification emails, with tracking numbers, when we pack the order at our warehouse. Until Australia Post scan the package later in the day, the tracking number will show as invalid.

New Zealand and International orders shipped from Australia

Due to recent changes with Australia Post’s systems, tracking numbers will not work for orders shipping outside Australia. Currently, we’re only able to confirm that we’ve packed and shipped your order, and give you the tracking number as a reference. If you have concerns about the whereabouts of your package, please contact us.
