There is only one model of Bellman stovetop milk steamer. Some companies have created their own model numbers. The correct model number, issued by Bellman, is CX25S.
Bellman also produces some stovetop coffee makers which include a milk steaming wand. These coffee makers also have different model numbers which can add to the confusion.
